• A record is kept of your purchases. Your previous orders may be used to present you with the most relevant products and gift ideas and to provide you with a better overall user experience. No. Under no circumstances will your customer contact details be disclosed to any third parties.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

All our payment processing is handled by Cardsave. We do not hold any credit card details. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling, If you are ordering from outside the UK, the appropriate exchange rate will apply

Delivery Policy

• We’ll deliver your order within 7 working days of you placing it (Saturday and Sunday are classed as a non working days). Whilst we endeavour to deliver as promptly as possible, at seasonal holidays and times of peak demand please try to place your order as early as possible.
